A workshop that offeres practical learning opportunities for experience and skilled personnel from any broadcasting discipline (news,programme,production,engineering etc.)to plan organise,conduct evaluate and modify training that brings about
measureable results in the organisations.

The workshop will focus on methods of design, application,implementation and evaluation of core competency development probrammes in broadcasting.

Objectives

The participants will be able to

• apply the knowledge and skills of varied methodologies in training,
• plan,organise,conduct,evaluate and modify training that brings about measureable results,
• bring about positive change in the organisation through effective training.

Profile of the Participant

• Trainers
• Practitioners in any discipline in broadcasting with at least 5-7 years experience in their field of specilaisation,
• upper age limit is 45
• ability to understand,speak,write in English whihc is the medium of instruction.
