The workshop aims to identify critical issues on gender equality television to mobilize the media as a tool of empowerment and also carry out pre testing of the draft code of ethics for gender mainstreaming in broadcasting organisations .
OBJECTIVESAt the end of the workshop the participants will be able to

Those invited to participate are
oHeads of Programme departments (TV)
oExecutive producers,Producers,& scriptwriters who produce/write
scripts on gender related issues for television,
- At least with five years of experience in television programme production is an essential condition. oUpper age limit is 45 years oAbility to understand, speak and write in English.
