Project: Roundtable Discussion on an Asian Approach to Public Service Broadcasting

All the subjects related to the theme that will be brought up by the meeting participants in the first plenum will be tackled in working groups and later presented to the next plenum. We have contracted two experienced facilitators namely Prabu Naidu and Janice Lua for this.

The aim of the meeting will be to verify if broadcasters, representatives of civil society and government officials can identify an Asia-Pacific Approach to Public Service Broadcasting that differs from the so called role models of Western Societies. If we succeed in identifying such an Asia-Pacific Approach, we will seek to establish a working group that would try to workout a concept for an Asia-Pacific Approach to Public Service Broadcasting. We would be pleased if you could find time and interest to join us in this endeavour.

For general information about the concept of Open Space, please see A Brochure on Open Space.

There will be no prefixed agenda for the meeting. The theme will be "An Asia-Pacific Approach to Public Service Broadcasting".
