The purpose is to educate the 'ear' of the user to the possibilities inherent in a proper knowledge of this vital piece of equipment. The audio on this CD-ROM provides the opportunity to hear these things all in the one place. Though it can be heard adequately through most computers, because of the topic and its dependence on an 'educated ear', it is recommended that users get the very best speaker system compatible with the computer, in order to appreciate the subtleties inherent in this discipline. A 'must' for studio technicians.
