The Story is dedicated to the journalist work in planning, covering and presenting the story.

Examples are followed from the initial assignment for coverage of a story, deciding on the number and type of crew needed, the technical requirements, storyboard building, what elements to use, video, graphics, sound, the logistics for getting to the site, the setup, the filming conditions and dictates, consideration of permits and other paperwork, liaising with the relevant authorities and agencies, resources available, all leading to the point where the shooting of the story can proceed. Exercises invite the users to sharpen their own judgment about how best to show the story.
