Low or no charge means, that eventually local costs for internet use apply, while the call itself is free. Example: You may have to pay for the use of the internet cafe, but there is no extra charge for the call over the internet.
You need a PC, a headset, a broadband internet connection and a softphone to use internet telephony. Please see below for further details on different softphones. In case you already have an account with any of the providers listed below, you can just start their software and use the given ID to call AIBD.
