Responsible Business Forum

From 8 different countries, 11 producers and reporters from AIBD’s member organisations participated in 6th Responsible Business Forum, which was held in Singapore from 22-23 November 2017. These media professionals, representing Asia Pacific region, recorded various interviews and sessions, involving the top SDG leaders present for the event.

CONNECTING IN A CRISIS WORKSHOP FOR MEDIA PROFESSIONALS

17 Participants from 9 countries attended an AIBD/IPDC-UNESCO regional workshop in Kuala Lumpur this month focusing on radio, social media and natural disasters. The 4-day workshop designed for radio managers, new editors, on-line producers and broadcasters covered how radio & social continue to play a critical role in disseminating information to the masses during a crisis. They were also exposed to the broadcast methodology on developing and implementing a disaster control plan.
