by Dr Javad Mottaghi

To all AIBD members

At the AMS 2008 in Kuala Lumpur, the Swedish host of the next World Summit on media for children and youth in Karlstad Sweden 2010, presented the importance of Asia Pacific proposals and participation to reflect and influence the congress programme for 2010.

Through the close cooperation with me, who is as well as Director Per Lundgren of the World Summit, a member of the World Summit Foundation Board, and Dr Patricia Edgar Chair of the World Summit Foundation, I am encouraging all AIBD members to read the attached pdf file directed to AIBD, and if possible, make a proposal for the World Summit before September 1, on the web site address included in the pdf. Also, please forward the pdf to key people with interest in childrens programming and children and media related issues and education within our region.
