AIBD can provide consultancy to its members in most areas of broadcast development like analog and digital technology, programme planing and production, management or even media policy and regulations. This service is available to broadcasting authorities and broadcasters from member countries and is adapted to their special developmental needs.

General Procedure

The Institute would offer Advisory Services, which have been worked out according to the developmental plan of the member countries. Depending on the nature of the project, the Advisory service could act as a task force with an established procedure and that the consultancy procedure would consist of the following four main phases:

  1. Analyzing the member countries’ current situation and their development needs,
  2. Proposing an action plan,
  3. Looking for funding partners, if necessary,
  4. Implementing and supervising the resulting activities.
